1. Service Agreement

By booking cleaning services with Ana’s Cleaning, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

The Company offers standard, deep, and specialized cleaning services, as outlined during booking. Specific tasks will be agreed upon before service.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Services must be booked in advance, subject to availability.
Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Late cancellations will incur a [50%] fee.

4. Payment

Payment is required upfront before the cleaning service. The booking is only confirmed once payment is received.
Accepted methods: [credit card, bank transfer, etc.].

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client must ensure the property is accessible on the scheduled date.
The Client should secure any fragile or valuable items; the Company is not liable for damages to unsecured items.

6. Company Responsibilities

The Company provides all cleaning materials and equipment, unless otherwise agreed.
The Company is insured but not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile items not reported beforehand.

7. Refunds and Re-cleans

No refunds for completed services. Dissatisfaction must be reported within 24 hours, and a re-clean will be arranged at no extra cost.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

The Client may reschedule or cancel with 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a charge of [50%] of the service fee.

9. Health and Safety

The Client must inform the Company of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products.

10. Liability

The Company is not responsible for damages or losses of items not properly secured by the Client or pre-existing damage.

11. TEXTING

Your privacy is our priority. If you do not want to receive text messages in the future, You can opt-out anytime by replying STOP. please note that we will still communicate with you about your order using email if there is an ongoing transaction.
